Evan Brauman Fetter is the founder and president
of Lower My Texas Property Taxes, LLC. He is a graduate of J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas and The University
of Tampa with a degree in Political Science. Evan is a licensed Texas Property Tax Consultant and licensed Texas Real
Estate Broker. Evan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., North Texas Commercial Association
of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals, and the Central Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals.
