Evan has over 30 years experience working in real estate. Evan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Virginia. Evan has a North Carolina Non Resident Limited Commercial License.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Evan graduated from J.J. Pearce High School and went on to obtain a degree in political science with a concentration on city government from The University of Tampa in 1996.
