Lower My Texas Property Taxes, LLC charges a contingency fee of 36% of your actual tax savings. On over the cap accounts (where homesteads properties received more than a 10 percent increase of the appraised value and where there is a difference between market and appraised values), we charge $2.50 for each $1000 reduction of the initial market value for services rendered. If there is no actual tax savings, or no market reduction to close the gap of over the cap accounts, there is no fee due. Contact us with any questions you have regarding our fees.
